You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to translate business needs into effective configurations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
• Manage customer data migration and ensure accuracy
• Log customer needs and issues using CRM systems

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders across different levels
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve escalations
