You'll lead a team of sales development reps at Shopmonkey, a leading auto-repair shop software company. You'll drive outbound sales strategy and optimize lead conversion across SFDC, Salesloft, and other tools. This hybrid role offers equity and a collaborative culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and implement outbound lead generation strategies
- Coach and mentor a team of sales development reps
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns
- Monitor team performance and report on pipeline
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales development management experience
- Proficiency with SFDC, Salesloft, Chili Piper, Gong
- Experience prospecting into SMB (both inbound and outbound)
- Strong coaching and team leadership skills
