Description

You will own the Menace Platform's mesh ecosystem, building the next-generation distributed data layer for military command and control. You'll design and deliver well-architected systems, collaborate across teams, and solve novel problems to enable real-time decision-making at the tactical edge.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience designing and developing software
• Bias towards rapid delivery, extreme ownership, and strong opinions with low ego
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and codebases
• Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own software across the Menace Platform including mesh platform, data interfaces, and release management
• Deliver well-architected systems through clear interfaces, code reviews, and modern engineering practices
• Champion testability, portability, monitoring, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Generate software solutions from problem definition through implementation and delivery
• Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality
