Description

As a Development Coordinator, you will ensure on-time completion of tests and large projects by monitoring, tracking, and coordinating parts, workflows, and schedules in a high-stakes aerospace manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate across teams to maintain data integrity and drive efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 2+ years supply chain, inventory control, or manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

  • Ensure parts and hardware are on-hand and kitted for projects
  • Receive, store, and issue raw materials and parts to support tooling operations
  • Monitor part supply levels and maintain documentation of standard equipment and tooling
  • Oversee RFI material requests and lineside cycle counts
  • Develop and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures
