You'll own the operational backbone of Cashalo, Tilt's Philippines lending business. You'll drive high-impact initiatives and deploy AI-powered workflows to unlock capacity across the business. This is a hybrid role based in Manila with direct exposure to senior leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve quality and scalability.
• Build reporting dashboards for real-time visibility into CS health.
• Translate operational data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in business operations, consulting, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation in Excel/Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Exceptional communication skills for leadership-level influence.
