🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, edit, and maintain customer-facing and internal documentation
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather technical information
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
• Maintain and update existing documentation for accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in technical writing or related role
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing or equivalent
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain clearly

• Experience with grocery, retail, or warehousing technology solutions
• Experience documenting SaaS platforms, web applications, or APIs
