You will drive the success of EMEA's top-tier clients using Appier's AI-powered AdTech solutions. Your role involves building strategic client relationships, optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client retention and growth.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Mobile Advertising, AdTech, or Digital Media in Account Management or Client Success
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to decision-makers
• Proactive self-starter with data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation tools

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts; build long-term client relationships
• Monitor campaign performance daily and suggest optimizations to meet KPIs
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and find growth opportunities
• Serve as primary technical bridge between clients and internal Product/Engineering teams
• Identify upsell opportunities and ensure high client retention through execution excellence
