Description

You will design and deploy advanced AI systems for analytics, automation, and in-game experiences, including conversational AI, knowledge bases, and autonomous agents. Collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and drive innovation in AI infrastructure and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years backend/full-stack experience with Python, including 2+ years in senior AI role
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, sub-agents, MCPs, tool calling
• Experience building scalable APIs with FastAPI or Flask
• 1+ year cloud-native development (AWS/GCP) and containerization with Docker
• Strong software engineering practices: CI/CD, Git, testing, production code quality

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of AI systems for conversational analytics, knowledge bases, QA automation, and in-game experiences
• Architect scalable AI solutions for real-time systems, automation pipelines, and player-facing features
• Design structured protocols for AI model context management and create autonomous agents for decision-making
• Collaborate across disciplines to translate goals into AI-powered capabilities
• Mentor engineers and contribute to long-term architectural decisions
