Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to motivate team
• Proficient in point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and retail technology
• Experience in retail leadership or floor lead role
• Ability to manage escalations and mitigate shrink
• Collaborative team player with can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold customer service standards and train team on Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive KPIs including OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion, and sales success
• Participate in inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment, and back-of-house flow
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Support onboarding, team assessment, engagement, and employee relations
