Description

In this role, you will own and grow relationships within Braze's customer base, managing expansions and renewals. You'll work cross-functionally to drive adoption, identify growth opportunities, and achieve quarterly targets while collaborating with teams like Customer Success and Product.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Account Management, SaaS sales, or similar quota-carrying role
  • 3+ years experience closing and/or managing strategic customers
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and identifying decision makers
  • Background in SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships and manage expansion and renewal activities
  • Develop commercial relationships to increase Braze utilization and value
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to secure contract renewals
  • Nurture and close account expansion deals including upsell, cross-sell, and new business
  • Analyze product usage, perform whitespace analysis, and identify growth opportunities
