Description

You will design and build production-grade AI systems that coordinate care, engage patients, and execute care workflows for underserved populations. You'll define architectural patterns for agent reasoning, tool use, and human-in-the-loop collaboration, owning complex problem spaces end-to-end.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience building production software systems
• Proven experience building multi-agent or agent-driven systems in production
• Hands-on experience with modern agent ecosystems (e.g., LangGraph, Mastra, Claude Agent)
• Strong architectural decision-making and trade-off navigation
• Product-minded engineering approach

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve agentic systems for care delivery
• Define architectural patterns for agent reasoning, tool use, memory, and human-in-the-loop collaboration
• Develop reusable platform capabilities and product-facing implementations
• Own complex problem spaces from design through production
• Establish standards for agent evaluation, safety, and operational reliability
