You'll design and ship production-grade AI agents for financial insurance workflows where latency, observability, and reliability are critical. You'll shape the architecture of a complex financial platform and partner with product to deliver secure, user-friendly features. This is a fully remote role for candidates in Argentina or Brazil as an Independent Contractor.

• Design and ship production-grade AI agents for financial insurance workflows
• Shape the architecture of a complex financial platform
• Partner with product to ship secure, user-friendly financial features
• Own creation and maintenance of unit tests using AI-assisted testing

📋 Requirements

• Python web development: 5+ years
• SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL): 3+ years
• Django or another Python framework: 3+ years
• Agentic AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex): daily deliberate use

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years at a scaling startup
• Experience with spec-driven development using AI for tests or scaffolding
• Experience building production AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent
