💼 About This Role

You'll conduct objective assessments of operational, safety, and technical processes at Allegiant Air. You'll identify risks and non-compliance with federal regulations and company requirements. This role collaborates with management to develop corrective action plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform risk-based scheduled and special evaluations on operational areas.
• Collect objective evidence to substantiate non-conformances.
• Prepare evaluation reports on audits or evaluations.
• Work with leadership to develop effective Corrective Action Plans.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Safety, Business, or related field.
• Minimum two years experience with Part 121/135 air carrier or military.
• Valid passport and driver's license.
• General understanding of 14 CFR Part 5 Safety Management Systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• FAA Airman Certificate as Dispatcher, Pilot, A&P Mechanic, or Flight Attendant.
• Previous experience maintaining corporate safety standards.
