You'll shape complex deals, build C-level relationships, and position analytics as a competitive advantage, while managing a distributed team and collaborating cross-functionally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of solution selling experience in enterprise software, analytics, or technology
- 5+ years leading enterprise-level sales teams
- Proven success selling into manufacturing, industrial, or operational excellence environments
- Track record of consistently exceeding enterprise quotas
- Willingness to travel 50%
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets with emphasis on new enterprise logos, expansion, and cross-sell
- Build a sustainable pipeline within manufacturing, industrial, and operational excellence functions
- Engage directly in complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles and build executive relationships
- Lead the region in disciplined value-based and consultative selling aligned to Minitab’s Customer Engagement Lifecycle
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing enterprise sales professionals
