📋 Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in Customer Support or CX managing managers in high-growth tech
- Track record of modernizing support models through specialization and AI adoption
- Stakeholder mastery influencing cross-functional peers across Sales, Product, Engineering
- Multilingual communication skills (English and Japanese required)
