📋 Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in Customer Support or CX managing managers in high-growth tech
  • Track record of modernizing support models through specialization and AI adoption
  • Stakeholder mastery influencing cross-functional peers across Sales, Product, Engineering
  • Multilingual communication skills (English and Japanese required)
