You'll lead field sales teams in Mpumalanga, driving performance and hitting targets for a fast-growing fintech. This role is key to M-KOPA's expansion toward 10 million customers in South Africa.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coach Field Sales Managers and Sales Executives
• Define KPIs and implement sales commission structures
• Ensure territory coverage and sales agent training
• Track sell-out performance and develop expansion strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading field sales teams in fintech, FMCG, or similar
• Proven track record building multi-layered sales structures
• Experience defining performance frameworks and sales commission plans
