💼 About This Role

You'll raise the security posture of a fast-growing restaurant tech platform by automating security into GCP/GKE environments and embedding it into engineering workflows. You'll own SOC 2 automation and AI tooling security while collaborating across teams to ship secure, high-impact features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Replace manual SOC 2 evidence with automated drift detection via Security-as-Code in GCP/GKE
• Partner with engineering to embed security into Definition of Done
• Engineer Datadog SIEM detections to reduce noise and surface critical alerts
• Build masking and synthetic data tooling to reduce PII exposure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years implementing security controls in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform and Google Kubernetes Engine
• Real experience seeing a SOC 2 audit through to completion

• Proficient in Python or Go for security automation
• Experience with Datadog for observability-driven security
• Solid grounding in application security and threat assessments
