As a Sales & Service Manager at ALO, you will lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business targets. You'll oversee sales strategies, develop talent, and ensure the store reflects ALO's commitment to mindful movement and community.

Responsibilities

• Investigate sales opportunities and partner with General Manager to address gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience through feedback and coaching
• Build client relationships daily and ensure effective sales floor coverage
• Develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with General Manager to build and implement Sales Service strategy
