You will drive customer success by managing key accounts, fostering robust relationships, and ensuring customers maximize their investment through our CFO Solution Platform. This role involves owning customer renewals and product expansion, acting as a customer advocate, and collaborating with sales to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in B2B customer development, preferably in SaaS
- Experience with CRM/CSM tools (Salesforce, Planhat) is essential
- Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
- Project management experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own customer renewal and product expansion
- Act as customer advocate to leverage services for success
- Support C-level stakeholders and turn vision into actionable roadmaps
- Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks
