You'll lead data architecture and modelling for Monzo's Borrowing products, shaping foundational data platforms. Your work will enable scaling into new markets and building customer-centric borrowing solutions. This role offers ownership of technical roadmaps and cross-functional leadership in a data-driven culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale data models for Borrowing product performance.
• Develop robust data models in BigQuery for reporting and ML.
• Shape and maintain Data Warehouse best practices and standards.
• Champion central platform initiatives to elevate data standards.

📋 Requirements

• SQL and data modelling expertise with Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience building robust data sets with high control requirements.
• Ability to shape ambiguous data domains and get stakeholder buy-in.
• Proven cross-functional communication with engineers, PMs, and analysts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Background in credit products or financial data modelling.
• Knowledge of machine learning and large language model data pipelines.
