You'll drive new client acquisition for Dandy, scaling our enterprise channel with large dental group practices. As a founding member, you'll build and execute the enterprise sales process, focusing on a land-and-expand strategy. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing startup backed by top venture capital firms.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Qualify client leads through discovery calls
  • Identify and call prospective DSOs to stimulate acquisition
  • Take a hybrid multi-level selling approach to win large customers
  • Meticulously track sales activity using Salesforce

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Deep experience closing mid-market clients and multi-level selling
  • Experience selling a novel product into a new segment or largest deal in company history
  • Highly skilled and organized in Salesforce or related CRM

  • Experience with Dental/Private Practice Medical ICP
  • Experience with marketplace models
