You'll drive new client acquisition for Dandy, scaling our enterprise channel with large dental group practices. As a founding member, you'll build and execute the enterprise sales process, focusing on a land-and-expand strategy. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing startup backed by top venture capital firms.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Qualify client leads through discovery calls
- Identify and call prospective DSOs to stimulate acquisition
- Take a hybrid multi-level selling approach to win large customers
- Meticulously track sales activity using Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Deep experience closing mid-market clients and multi-level selling
- Experience selling a novel product into a new segment or largest deal in company history
- Highly skilled and organized in Salesforce or related CRM

- Experience with Dental/Private Practice Medical ICP
- Experience with marketplace models
- Experience in MEDDIC
