Description

You will lead CookUnity's full-funnel growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value across all channels. You'll oversee a high-performing marketing team and partner with Brand, Product, Data, and Creative leadership to scale the chef-to-you marketplace.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading growth marketing at a high-growth consumer brand or marketplace
• Deep expertise in performance marketing channels including paid social, search, CRM, and CRO
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with product-led growth and cross-functional collaboration
• Executive-level communication and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth vision and roadmap integrating paid, owned, earned, and product-led growth
• Build, mentor, and inspire a team of growth marketers, channel leads, and analysts
• Oversee performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and emerging channels; expand into influencer, affiliate, and partnership-based growth
• Foster a culture of testing, measurement, and optimization leveraging analytics and cohort insights
• Partner with Product and Tech to execute growth loops, cross-sell, upsell, and referral initiatives
