Description

You will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of performance management and talent review processes, ensuring they are scalable and trusted across the organization. You'll translate talent philosophy into practical processes, drive adoption through enablement, and work cross-functionally with HRBPs and People Ops.

Requirements

• Experience in talent development or program management
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of performance management and talent review best practices
• Experience facilitating group discussions and calibration sessions

Responsibilities

• Program manage annual and quarterly talent cycles end-to-end
• Write clear communications and engage leaders through Slack and live forums
• Partner with HRBPs and People Ops to ensure consistent application of talent processes
• Design and deliver interactive enablement for managers and leaders
• Create practical tools and playbooks to support HRBPs in talent decisions
