Description

You will lead a remote operator team to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance of autonomous vehicle operations. You'll develop schedules, monitor performance, handle escalations, and drive process improvements to support Motional's driverless future.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/G-Suite
• Prior supervisory or leadership role experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Multitasking and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules, assign work, and implement productivity standards
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to team
• Conduct performance management and corrective action
• Ensure RVA driverless SLAs are met
• Handle operational escalations and report to engineering
