Requirements

• 3+ years experience in decorative plumbing sales or design consulting.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing fixtures, rough-ins, and installation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM, order-entry systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored design consultations for surfaces, materials, and finishes.
• Curate product recommendations reflecting current trends and client vision.
• Collaborate with Account Managers for smooth client transition and order accuracy.
• Foster relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and trade partners.
• Represent showroom at industry events and support weekend hours.
