• Review and manage property and project-level financials.
• Assist in underwriting new development and acquisition opportunities.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Help build and improve internal financial and reporting processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate.
• 2-5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with real estate or construction accounting.
• Understanding of financial statements and budgeting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with LIHTC or tax-exempt bond financing.
• Familiarity with compliance in affordable housing.
