You'll manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to deliver human-centered care. This role offers continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and the opportunity to perform in-office procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct telehealth visits

• Perform in-office procedures as per clinical training

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care in last 5 years
• State licensed in New Jersey by start date
