You'll develop and scale End-to-End ML models that map multi-modal sensor inputs to driving behavior for autonomous trucks. Your work will directly impact the safety and efficiency of real-world freight operations. This role offers hands-on ownership of the E2E stack at a company pioneering autonomous driving since 2007.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own development of End-to-End ML models for autonomy.
• Train and evaluate models using large-scale fleet data.
• Analyze model performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Perception, Prediction, and Planning teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in ML or related field.
• Publications in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
• Python and PyTorch with production-quality ML code.
• Experience deploying ML models for autonomous systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with End-to-End models for autonomous driving.
• Familiarity with vision-language-action (VLA) systems.
• Experience with reinforcement learning or imitation learning.
