You'll lead clinical database development and programming activities for a new LATAM regional team. You'll shape database design, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and mentor junior programmers. This role offers the chance to help build and influence a growing department from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development, testing, and validation of clinical databases
• Design CRFs and build forms, edit checks, and complex rules
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot database issues
• Mentor junior programmers and support onboarding of new hires

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in clinical database programming
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Proficiency in CDMS systems (building forms, edit checks, rules)
