🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct detailed platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with senior decision-makers across different levels
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical SaaS platforms
