You'll own end-to-end program delivery across the Infrastructure org, driving alignment between internal teams and managing external vendors. You'll establish KPIs and operational cadences to keep programs on track while translating technical complexity into clear status for leadership. This role demands deep technical fluency alongside exceptional organizational skills to build the program management foundation that lets world-class engineers move at pace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive collaboration across Infrastructure org teams.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Optimize engineering efficiency by refining PM processes.
• Communicate project status to executive and engineering leaders.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in technical program management (hardware/AI).
• PMP certification with track record of complex projects.
• Technical knowledge in ASIC design, hardware, software integration.
• Experience with Google Workspace and JIRA.
