Description

As Head of Chemistry, you will lead and mentor a team of Medicinal Chemists, providing strategic direction to drive projects from discovery to clinical candidate nomination. You'll work closely with AI/ML scientists to enhance our drug design platform, using your expertise to solve complex biological challenges and accelerate drug discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Medicinal Chemists, setting goals and fostering professional development
• Provide strategic direction and technical input to AI/ML platform teams
• Manage project delivery as Chemistry or Project Lead, guiding other Chemistry Leads
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, including CROs
• Prepare scientific proposals and reports to support new and ongoing programs
