💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and development of complex electromechanical hardware for a Long Range Platform used in autonomous delivery. Your work will directly impact reliability in demanding field conditions, from early concept through scaled production and deployment. You'll own hardware deeply, partnering across disciplines to drive robust designs into production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own critical mechanical systems from concept through production and deployment
• Develop elegant design solutions for highly integrated electromechanical hardware
• Translate system requirements into robust mechanical architectures and validation plans
• Perform first-principles analysis, tolerance analysis, and FEA to inform designs
• Partner with suppliers to improve manufacturability, quality, cost, and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time industry experience designing electromechanical assemblies
• Proven ownership of complex subassemblies through multiple product development cycles
• Demonstrated CAD fluency for system-level ownership of 20–30 parts simultaneously
• Experience working directly with suppliers and incorporating DFM feedback
• Strong foundation in GD&T, FEA, and design for assembly and real-world field operation
