💼 About This Role

You'll provide clinical supervision to case managers and support clients in prison and re-entry programs. Your core impact involves ensuring quality clinical service through supervision and file reviews. This role offers the chance to work with the Office of Diversion and Reentry on a groundbreaking initiative that integrates mental health and housing services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct clinical supervision to case managers and clients.
• Conduct clinical file reviews and establish professional development goals.
• Liaise with DHS, ODR, and community providers for ICMS needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and after-hours on-call support.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral science, social work, or related field.
• Supervisory experience in leadership and team development.
• Experience with crisis intervention and mental health diagnosis.
• LCSW or LMFT license in California.
