Description

Manage a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting. You'll treat patients in-office and via telehealth, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and have opportunities for continuous learning and in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
• State licensed in TX before start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care and ability to use technology

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and via tele-health
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate via daily huddles with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
