💼 About This Role

You'll be part of the in-house event production team for Devcon 8, the premier Ethereum conference in India. You'll handle diverse production requests, manage vendors, and ensure a seamless attendee experience. This role offers a chance to shape a world-class event while working with a global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage event vendors (venue, AV, catering, etc.)
• Facilitate collaboration between vendors
• Manage volunteers and organize logistics
• Handle speaker relationships and communication

📋 Requirements

• Based in Mumbai or India, willing to be in Mumbai 2 months prior
• Experience organizing events of at least 1000 people
• Experience managing event vendors (e.g., catering, internet, AV)
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at JIO Centre
• Knowing local vendors and pricing
• Speaks Marathi, Hindi, or Gujarati
