You'll design and ship high-impact experiments across the growth funnel (acquisition, activation, retention) and build GTM systems to multiply commercial team impact. You'll help establish Ambrook's experiment cadence as part of a new growth engineering function, driving measurable revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Build instrumentation and dashboards for data-informed decisions
• Create GTM systems that multiply commercial team impact
• Optimize conversion funnels from acquisition to activation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering with growth or product impact
• Fluent in TypeScript and React
• Strong SQL and analytics skills
• Comfortable working across teams and shipping without perfect information

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong experience in A/B testing and data analysis
• Experience with analytics tools and infrastructure, funnel optimization, CRO
