You will develop deep learning-based models for performance advertising, building innovative ML solutions to power ad ranking algorithms and personalize advertising experiences. This is a unique opportunity to shape a world-class ML-driven advertising platform from the ground up.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing and building scalable ML solutions for production
• Experience with transformer-based model training, inference, and integration (preferred)
• BS in Computer Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Proven ability to make challenging technical decisions across teams
• User-focused approach with creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of ML solutions for ad ranking algorithms
• Design and implement large-scale recommendation models
• Author specs for new features and improvements
• Collaborate with teams across Roblox to build community-first products
