💼 About This Role

You'll work one-on-one with children with Autism to implement goals overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Your core impact is helping kids acquire new skills through fun, motivating teaching procedures and collecting data. This role offers paid RBT training and opportunities for professional growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement goals written and overseen by a BCBA
• Teach new skills using science-based teaching procedures
• Collect data and provide feedback on client programs
• Create exciting and motivating learning environments

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working with children
• High school diploma
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Availability to work Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
