💼 About This Role

You'll be the legal brain behind Gorgias's commercial engine, owning end-to-end negotiation of SaaS agreements and coaching the sales team. Your core impact: building scalable legal processes for a fast-growing AI platform. This contract role runs from June to December 2026.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, order forms, and DPAs
• Coach sales reps on deal risks and negotiation strategy
• Build and maintain contract playbook and template suite
• Improve AI-assisted contract workflows (Claude, ChatGPT)

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of commercial legal experience in SaaS or tech-focused practice
• Startup or scale-up experience building processes
• Exposure to US market commercial deals and enterprise procurement
• Written communication skills with tight redlines
