You'll join a rapidly growing Financial Due Diligence practice as a trusted partner to clients, working on complex M&A transactions for private equity firms and corporate acquirers. You'll deliver critical insights into financial performance and risks, supporting buy-side and sell-side deals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Analyze Quality of Earnings, working capital, cash flows, and key metrics
• Prepare client deliverables including Excel models and PowerPoint summaries
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment

📋 Requirements

• 2–6 years of professional experience in audit or financial due diligence
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA certification (inactive acceptable)
• Experience with Power BI or Alteryx
• CFA or other advanced degrees
