You'll own the end-to-end fraud control landscape for a Canadian fintech, translating complex fraud challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable strategies. You'll balance risk mitigation with a product mindset to protect users without compromising experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end fraud control landscape for applications and transactions
• Lead design and evolution of fraud detection models
• Develop deep understanding of fraud patterns specific to KOHO
• Champion customer experience within risk decisions

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in fraud teams
• Strong SQL skills to build reports and present data
• Experience analyzing transactional and user data for fraud rules
• Familiarity with fraud prevention platforms and third-party vendor tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sigma, DBT, Python (Pandas, numpy)
• Track record of developing and refining fraud rules and models
• Leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects
