💼 About This Role

You'll lead bakery shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and product quality. You'll manage team tasks, cash handling, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Shift Leaders are the captains of our bakery, predicting business flow and leading by example.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shift
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, cleaning
• Manage cash handling and deposits

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service focused role
• Point of Sale systems experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18 years or older
