🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale hybrid care delivery models across in-clinic and national virtual care.
• Recruit and build a world-class, multi-disciplinary clinical organization.
• Maintain industry-leading retention and satisfaction amongst the clinical team.
• Drive operational efficiency for clinicians and build supporting functions.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in clinical operations or care delivery.
• Experience managing a care delivery organization of more than 50 clinicians across multiple geographies.
• Track record of outstanding leadership in a high-growth healthcare startup.
• Experience with fee-for-service in-person and virtual care.

✨ Nice to Have

• Training and experience working as a clinician, preferably in primary care or obesity medicine.
• Value-based care experience.
• Familiarity with athena.
