You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines, ensuring production targets are met while managing facilities and leading a large team. Your role involves identifying bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement projects to optimize site performance.

Requirements

• Open to relocation nationwide or regionally
• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record for 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift
• Manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when General Manager is not onsite
• Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with leadership and associates
• Guide daily site manager huddles and lead continuous improvement projects
