💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Financial Services customers to drive revenue transformation using Gong's AI Operating System, architecting industry-specific workflows and accelerating adoption. Your success is measured by activation, adoption, and revenue impact within FinServ. This role joins a new Industry Expansion team, building automation and self-service strategies to improve customer health and reduce churn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design revenue transformation strategies with FinServ GTM leaders
• Map client processes to AI-driven workflows for revenue outcomes
• Execute adoption initiatives embedding Gong into daily team rhythms
• Quantify business outcomes demonstrating Gong's ROI

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with FinServ customers or in the FinServ industry
• Track record owning relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with focus on delivering measurable outcomes
