Description

You will support investigative and transparency initiatives at the Counter Censorship Task Force, conducting legal research and managing public records requests to build factual foundations for litigation and policy work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and J.D.
• Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong research skills and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to contribute to complex investigative projects

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and factual research into censorship and free expression institutions
• Draft and manage public records transparency requests
• Analyze records obtained from transparency requests
• Map relationships among institutions relevant to censorship
• Compile factual records and briefing materials for litigation and legislation
