💼 About This Role

You'll ensure CKM kits and services meet quality and reliability standards through collaboration with central engineering, vendor sites, and local teams. Your expertise in resolving non-conformances and driving continuous improvement will deliver precision-engineered service packages to end customers. You'll also lead investigations of excursions and provide comprehensive reports using 8D methodology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with vendor sites to resolve non-conformances and track closure.
• Support fixture installation, beta testing, and work instruction delivery.
• Manage qual plans and report real-time data to central engineering.
• Track vendor performance metrics like OOS rate and re-work ratio.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in advanced fab including TSMC or Intel.
• Expertise in ALD or CVD equipment systems.
• Knowledge of 8D structured problem solving.
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with SPC, metrology, and inspection methods.
• Clean industry experience.
