Description

You will manage relationships with SMB customers, identify growth opportunities, demo software solutions, and collaborate with your account team to support renewals and minimize churn. This role requires a coachable, motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant work experience after higher education degree
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong end-to-end ownership from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Leadership/management experience with ability to influence internal stakeholders and decision makers
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong executive relationships to identify growth and expansion opportunities within SMB customer base
  • Understand customer pain points and align Motive solutions
  • Demo Motive software to fleet managers and strategic SMB customers
  • Collaborate with account team (CSMs, support, product specialists, etc.) to support and grow customers
  • Proactively manage contract renewals to minimize churn
