You'll own the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for 1-2 clients on an AI-native ERP platform, from discovery to go-live. You'll conduct deep-dives into customer workflows, translate them into product configurations, and collaborate with technical teams on integrations. This role offers the chance to shape product capabilities and customer success at a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own e2e post-sales lifecycle from discovery to go-live for 1-2 clients
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map business processes and workflows
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration on DOSS platform
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in consulting, finance, operations, or technical program management at a technology company
• Systems thinking ability to untangle interconnected people, process, and technology
• High-intensity experience in high-pressure roles at startups, consulting, or finance
• Analytical mindset with ability to grok engineering and logic problems
